Monty’s offers shipping via Australia Post for all our non-perishable products available on our Online Shop. 

If you require fresh food, please see our Local Delivery Service for information. Items can also be collected in-person at our facility at 11 Trumper Drive, Busselton. 

Important Information

Shipment Processing Time
Monty’s will endeavour to dispatch your parcel (via Australia Post) within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Australia Post delivery as per their delivery Terms & Conditions.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Monty’s Place utilises Australia Posts regular parcel delivery service. Depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 4-10 working days. Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur that are out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Monty’s Place will ship goods to registered P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Australia Post tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Monty’s Place is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
